• Final deliverables become the client’s property after full payment.
• PurelyWeb retains the right to showcase work in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

• Timely feedback and approvals

Delays from the client side may impact delivery timelines.

7. Limitation of Liability

PurelyWeb is not liable for:

• Any indirect or consequential damages
• Loss of business, revenue, or data

We aim to deliver high-quality work but do not guarantee specific business outcomes.

8. Termination

• Either party may terminate the project with prior notice.
• Work completed until that point will be billed accordingly.
