A full replatform for Nitin Solanki, delivered free of cost after one and a half years as a PurelyWeb client — from WordPress to a custom Next.js and Firebase architecture, with a new design, a real-time admin dashboard, and a rebuilt database.
The Challenge
A WordPress build that had outgrown itself — a growing roster of 33 sports programmes, admin-managed galleries, and live registration were straining a stack that was never architected for real-time state or this level of administrative control.
Our Solution
Rebuilt from the ground up on Next.js and Firebase for founder Nitin Solanki: a new design system, a real-time admin dashboard for managing programmes, galleries and registrations, and a Firestore database replacing the old WordPress data layer entirely — delivered at no cost as a thank-you after a year and a half working together.
